    A comprehensive, seven-hour implementation training course is conducted by certified trainers using multiple, proven training methods including PowerPoint, videos, and hands-on group discussions/activities. Participants will learn how focusing on character qualities such as responsibility, patience, self-control and attentiveness provide an avenue to improve co-worker relationships as well as patient/public relations.
