Today’s leaders need more than technical expertise and mental aptitude to succeed. They must possess the ability to effectively inspire and direct others. Such capacity is only achieved through the development and maintenance of strong relations-strong relationships that come from a leader with good character.

The workplace challenges organizations face have common root causes that can be traced to a lack of good character. In this session good character is defined, examples of good character are given, and the benefits of building character are described.
A comprehensive, seven-hour implementation training course is conducted by certified trainers using multiple, proven training methods including PowerPoint, videos, and hands-on group discussions/activities. Participants will learn how focusing on character qualities such as responsibility, patience, self-control and attentiveness provide an avenue to improve co-worker relationships as well as patient/public relations.
