Character development takes place informally every day. In other words, our character is constantly challenged at home and in the workplace. The goal of Character First! is to help individuals and organizations take responsibility for their personal character growth. By emphasizing, requiring and recognizing for good character we encourage and promote a positive work environment.

A comprehensive, seven-hour implementation training course is conducted by certified trainers using multiple, proven training methods including PowerPoint, videos, and hands-on group discussions/activities. Participants will learn how focusing on character qualities such as responsibility, patience, self-control and attentiveness provide an avenue to improve co-worker relationships as well as patient/public relations.  Learn more about Seminars and Workshops
